 "Where Children Come First"

Philosophy

We provide the best quality of care possible for children, while providing a FUN environment to learn in.  We strive to teach Respect & Caring (for themselves, others and belongings), Responsibility (for their actions and decisions), Sharing (toys & ideas), and Honesty (in all situations). We want every child in our center to feel safe, happy, secure, self-reliant and good about him/herself.

We are not just a school for the children but, also a home away from home. The key to happy children is keeping them constructively occupied. We do this by having a detailed daily schedule. We offer a creative curriculum, and provide an ample variety of age-appropriate toys, books, and creative materials, in the child’s everyday environment. Children are given activities which provide fun, stimulation, development and opportunities for individual choices and growth.

Goals

  • Children will be comfortable in the learning environment.
  • Children will be engaged in developmentally appropriate play experiences that will contribute to the developmental needs of the individual child.
  • Children will further their development of cognitive, psychomotor, social, and emotional skills.
  • Parents will be actively involved in their children’s program.
  • Staff will continually assess the program, providing relevant and meaningful experiences for the children, continue to engage in professional developmental experiences, and draw personal satisfaction from their work.
